Course Overview

Cosmetology
The Cosmetology Program features design, cutting, coloring, multicultural techniques, makeup, fashion trends, and the art of hairdressing. The Cosmetology Program features a three-phase program we call CORE, ADAPTIVE, and CREATIVE. In CORE, you'll learn the basics that will let you confidently begin working with guests. ADAPTIVE builds on the first phase and adds time management, professional service and retailing skills, and the art of successful communication. The final phase, CREATIVE, takes you through advanced hairdressing and chemical work.

Enrollment Information
To enroll in the Cosmetology Program - Roanoke , you must be at least l6 years of age and be a high school graduate with a diploma, or have a GED certificate.
