All programs are approved through the NJ State Board of Cosmetology/Aesthetics and NJ State Board of Massage & Body Works.
Aesthetics program
Beauty is not just skin deep...our extensive skin care program focuses on traditional and advanced approaches to skin care, basic to advanced skin and body care, product science related to each skin type and conditions present, relaxing spa manicures and pedicures, the study of root cause analysis, intrinsic and extrinsic triggers for acne and aging skin, overall health and beautification of the skin, skin care products with retail skills, basic to advanced hands on practices and technologies with state of the art equipment.
This nine (9) month, six (600) hour program teaches students skin analysis, basic to advanced facials, peels, Microdermabrasion, Intro to Medical Aesthetics, Cosmetic Chemistry and Ingredients, Electro Therapy, Body Treatments, Spray Tanning Education, all waxing techniques as well as Make Up Artistry. Students also learn positive communication skills and practice in our student spa on clients.
Cosmetology program
Unleash your creativity and learn to design with shears, clippers while learning the latest techniques and trends in hair color, keratin treatments, design waves, and chemical relaxers, and finishing techniques, including " red carpet" styling.
This ten (10) month, eleven hundred (1000) hour program cover all phases of cosmetology, including hair care (cutting, styling, perming, and coloring); general aesthetics (skin care, facials, and makeup); and general nail technology. The program provides instruction and hands-on practical experience, including lectures, demonstrations, discussion, question & answer, quizzes and tests, and practice on manikins, live models, and clients.
